Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Hearth Keeper has no account or sign-in. Your decks and matches are stored on your device and in your iCloud.
How do my decks and matches get to my other devices?
They sync through iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on each iPhone and iPad, and make sure iCloud is turned on for Hearth Keeper in the Settings app. If iCloud is off, everything stays on the device you recorded it on.
How do I import a deck from Hearthstone?
In Hearthstone, open the deck and tap Copy. Then, in Hearth Keeper, go to Decks, tap + and tap Paste. The deck imports right away, with its name.
Card images aren't loading. What can I do?
Cards and art download from Blizzard, so check your internet connection first. If they still don't appear, go to More → Clear Cache, then open the deck again.
Can I see cards in another language?
Yes. Go to More → Game Language to choose any of the game's languages for card text and art. The rest of the app is in English.
How do I turn off analytics?
Go to More → Privacy and turn off Share Analytics, Share Diagnostics or both. The privacy policy explains what each one sends.
What does the tip jar do?
Hearth Keeper is free and has no ads. Tips in More → Tip Jar are optional, unlock nothing, and help pay for its development.
Is Hearth Keeper made by Blizzard?
No. Hearth Keeper is made by an independent developer, Caleb Friden, and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
